Meditation practice by its very nature is a mind altering process regardless of whatever method, from whatever discipline is used, irrespective of whether the information for such practice was gained from this site, another site, from books, religious or spiritual organisations or their teachers.

12. No responsibility is taken by the site owner for the effects of meditation or initiation on the individual.

13. If one has the slightest concern that these practices listed on this site may in any way cause physical or psychological harm then one should not use them or immediately cease using them.

The effects of an awakened kundalini via the Shaktipat initiation may be a life-long process and may cause a variety of physical and/or psychological reactions, if one decides to discontinue practice these reactions can be lessened or nullified by ceasing practice and ignoring the manifestations experienced. Depending on the initiates predisposition these events may continue for some time after the initiation event whether the candidate wants them or not. If you don’t want them to happen, then don’t seek initiation.

15. For information on the signs of an awakened kundalini please do a web search – though accuracy cannot be guaranteed, there are many sites that list some of the signs of an awakened kundalini, I see no point in duplicating them.

16. All initiations take place in a video meeting room or via using the initiators photo.

17. There is no guarantee of the security of the video meetings. There is no way to tell if they have been recorded and stored in any way by others. The site owner does not do so.
