Beyond Reality

A well written take on the role of 'dreams' or what I prefer to call 'reality 2.' The content is spiritual in nature rather than transcendental, but it's handled quite well. "What if sleep isn’t just rest… but a gateway into hidden realms your waking mind was never meant to see? Every night, your consciousness slips from this world—into dreams that defy time, space, and logic. But what if these dreams aren’t random? What if you’re crossing into alternate realities, glimpsing the grand design of existence, or even connecting with your 'higher self?'" Feel free to comment below.

Space - As Context

The Illusion of Who We Are

Most of us grow up thinking we’re a body, living in a world, moving through time and space. We say things like “I am here” or “I am thinking” or “I am feeling this.” But if you slow down, just for a moment, and look directly at your own experience—something very simple, very powerful begins to show itself.

What is Spanda

Spanda is the subtle, creative movement within Awareness itself. It is not a physical motion, like vibration in matter, but a quiet, inner pulse in Consciousness. It is what allows experience to happen—thoughts, feelings, perceptions, and even the sense of having a body or a world. You could think of Spanda as the very first stirring in stillness—the moment when Awareness begins to move within itself, though it never becomes anything separate or outside itself.

Shakti as the mind of Nature

I define Shakti as the mind of nature, the intelligence of nature, or the mind of the universe.

I define human intelligence as 'artificial' or 'learned' intelligence because it is based on education created by the thinking processes.

Wormholes and The Thinking Universe

Wormholes

The thinking Universe

I just came across a very interesting video by Sabine Hossenfelder a science educator heavily influenced by Einstein, exploring the question whether or not the universe can think.

Can the universe think? - Of course, but we should not define thinking as people do ("verbal self communication"). Thinking from the universal perspective is based on the presence of causal impressions as per the Hindu and Buddhist teachings. It is only modern day scientific thought that sees thinking as a product of human brains.

Wormholes

Although the subject is interesting, but too speculative to be 'scientific', what caught my attention was about the theoretical existence of wormholes which are often featured in popular science fiction movies such as Stargate.

Idealism

Idealism

In Ramana Maharshi's words...
"Only one consciousness equally distributed everywhere.
You, through illusion give it unequal distribution."
He paused for a moment, then added.
"No distribution, no 'everywhere'."

Lost in Flow

Losing 'Oneself' in Flow

Dissolution of Self-Consciousness

Normally, people are aware of themselves as separate entities, constantly evaluating their thoughts, actions, or how they're perceived. In flow, this self-monitoring fades away. You stop worrying about how you look, what others might think, or even your past and future. Instead, all of your attention merges with the activity at hand, creating a seamless experience.
